Enrollment and Registration:

 

• Enrollment will be offered in monthly packages to ensure consistency and progress in the gymnasts' learning journey.

• Packages expire in two months after purchasing. 

• Classes are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis, so early registration is encouraged to secure your spot.

• Registration for a class must be completed at least one week before the class. Last minute registrations won’t be accepted. 

• If you are unable to commit to an entire month of classes, we offer drop-in classes as an alternative option. Drop-in classes must be scheduled at least a week in advance and only if a spot is available. Please contact programs@gymnasticstogether.com to schedule your drop-in class.

Minimum Enrollment and Class Cancellations:

 

• To ensure the best learning experience for everyone, classes require a minimum of 5 students enrolled at least one week before the class. If this threshold is not met, the class may be canceled due to low enrollment.

• In the event of a class cancellation, affected students will be notified promptly, and we will strive to offer alternative arrangements (makeup class, online makeup class, etc).

Refund Policy:

 

• Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in cases of missed classes. We encourage regular attendance to make the most of your gymnast's learning experience.

 

Cancellations and Makeup Classes:

 

• Parents or guardians are allowed to cancel a class without penalty if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. This provides us enough notice to adjust class sizes and allows other students to have an opportunity to attend.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class time may be considered late cancellations and could result in forfeiture of the class fee.

• If a student fails to attend a class without prior notice (no-show), the class fee will be forfeited, and no makeup class will be offered.

• Each student is eligible for up to 3 in-person makeup classes per month and unlimited virtual makeup classes.

• To schedule a virtual makeup class, please email programs@gymnasticstogether.com at least one week in advance.

• Makeup classes are subject to availability and are not transferable.

 

Emergency Situations:

 

• In the case of unexpected emergencies or illnesses that prevent a student from attending a class, we may consider waiving the cancellation penalty. Parents or guardians must provide a valid reason and notify the facility as soon as possible.

 

Class Duration and Programs:

 

• The length of each class depends on the program your child is enrolled in - recreational, competitive, or performance.

• Students can consult with our instructors to determine the most suitable program based on their age, skill level, and gymnastics goals.
