BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Having a gymnastics birthday party with us it's a fun and unique way to celebrate a child's birthday while promoting physical activity and skill development.
We offer the opportunity for children to engage in gymnastics exercises and challenges, learn new skills, and build confidence and self-esteem.
Additionally, hosting the party at our facility will provide a safe and controlled environment for children and their adults to play and have fun while under the supervision of trained professionals.
Parents don't have to worry about cleaning up or figuring out how to entertain the children, and the party supplies, utensils, and goodie bags are included, making it a hassle-free experience for everyone involved.
The structured nature of the party will help keep the children engaged and entertained throughout the event, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience for the birthday child and their guests.
Our Services
Planning a party? We got your back! 2 hours of fun gymnastics activities for children: let us plan and host your party for you!
Your party guests will enjoy a full hour of planned activities in our gym area, followed by 30 minutes of refreshments at the party table to celebrate the birthday guest of honor. And 30 more minutes of outdoor (playground) activities (if good weather, if not activities will be held inside) after the table celebration.
Our caring and knowledgeable coaches will lead the children through various fun games and activities, teach them gymnastics, and serve them refreshments.
We also providing a variety of party supplies, decorations, and take-home goodie bags for party guests.
Our add-ons: pizza; extra 30 minutes of a party, an extra coach; extra guests; adults activities and table; pictures and video (edited video-clips and pictures), thematic parties (glow in the dark; summer splash; arts and crafts extravaganza).
Party size and ages:
Minis Party
Under under 5 yo - 16 children maximum $395
Juniors Party
5 and over - 16 children maximum $395
Seniors Party
5 and over - 30 maximum $535
Parties are available Saturdays and Sundays by reservation only. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.
You will be charged the complete cost for your party if you cancel within 14 days of the party date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to programs@gymnasticstogether.com.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start of your party. Our parties start on time and end on time. We cannot extend time due to late arrivals.
Each extra guest (a kid) is extra $8.
Parents are welcome to stay, refreshments will be served to them or/and some organized activities for adults provided, charge starting with $7 per adult.
Birthday Party Structure:
I. 1 h if planned activities in our gym area might include (by agreement with us):
-
warm up and stretching (mandatory, 10 minutes);AND
-
acrobatic workshop for all ages and skill levels (cartwheels, handstands, rolls, etc); OR
-
Special workshop (any skills by your choice); OR
-
apparatus workshop (ribbons, balls, ropes, clubs, hoops); OR
-
dance and improve workshop; OR
-
Gymnastics (sport) games*, **
*You can choose only one activity. Two or more different activities might be added for an extra charge of $50 each (by agreement with us, if available).
**Possibility to expand indoor activities time (2 hours MAXIMUM). Each extra 30 minutes - $65.
II. 30 minutes party table
Includes: juices and goldfish snack.
Extras: Pizza. You are welcome to bring any other foods to the party. Non-alcohol beverages ONLY.
Pizza (cheese) is $17 (8 pieces ).
Pizza (pepperoni) is $21 (8 pieces).
Snacks (goldfish crackers, animal crackers, popcorn, etc (based on what's included)
Juices (apple juice, orange juice or lemonade) included.
Water is free.
III. 30 minutes of outdoor (playground) activities (if good weather, if not activities will be held inside) might include:

hide and seek

parkour class (outside ONLY)

zoo yoga

*You can choose only one activity. Two or more different activities might be added for an extra charge of $50 each (by agreement with us, if available).
**Possibility to expand outdoor activities time. Each extra 30 minutes - $40.
Our add-ons: pizza; extra 30 minutes of a party, an extra coach; extra guests; adults activities and table; pictures and video (edited video-clips and pictures), thematic parties (glow in the dark; summer splash; arts and crafts extravaganza).
Maximum capacity is 100 seats.
Each extra guest over a party size (minis 16 kids; juniors 16 kids; seniors 30 kids) is extra $8/child.
ADULTS:
Free of charge adults table will be set up at the same place that kids will have their party. Coaches won’t serve at the adults table. Self-cleaning afterward requires. Please make sure your guests will remain sitting and/or will be on kids way.
If you would like refreshments will be served to them or some organized activities for adults provided, then charge will start with $7 per adult (depends on what will be included).
In this case (for an extra charge of $7/adult), adults will have their own party in a separate room (or two rooms for an extra charge) with their own music, table and activities: board games and party games; yoga/stretching/dance/ribbon/hoop/ball/rope tricks for adults or a movie night party.*
