Welcome to our exciting and dynamic summer camp experience! Whether your child is an aspiring rhythmic gymnast or a newcomer eager to explore the world of gymnastics, our camp promises a week filled with fun, learning, and friendship.

Our experienced coaches have crafted engaging schedules for recreational and competitive students at different skill levels, ensuring a balance of activities like acrobatics, dance, and apparatus work. From basic fundamentals to advanced routines, each day offers a unique opportunity for skill development and confidence building.

Our camp culminates in a short but impressive end-of-week show, providing a platform for all students to showcase their newfound skills.

Rest assured, we prioritize safety and well-being, implementing necessary precautions for a secure camp environment. Small groups.

With a variety of activities, your kids are in for a memorable and active experience.

We provide snacks, including animal crackers, popsicles, fruits and veggies, apple juice, and lemonade. Just pack your child's lunch or opt for a slice of pizza/chicken salad/ personal choice of meal with us. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity for your child to stay active, make friends, and embrace the joy of rhythmic gymnastics!


Our camp for Newcomers:

• Basic Gymnastics Skills:
• Handstands, cartwheels, and rolls will be introduced to build a strong foundation in gymnastics.
• Acrobatics and Tumbling:
• Participants will explore the thrill of acrobatics, including various rolls and basic tumbling techniques.
• Introduction to Apparatus:
• Get hands-on experience with ribbons, hoops, and balls, learning the fundamentals of manipulation and coordination.
• Dance Styles:
• Explore different dance styles to enhance expression and movement, laying the groundwork for graceful routines.


For Competitive/Advanced Gymnasts, we offer specialized programs cater to different levels, focusing on elements, routines, and conditioning, such as:

• Advanced Gymnastics Techniques:
• Hone skills such as handstands, cartwheels, and walkovers, emphasizing precision and control.
• Acrobatics Mastery:
• Advanced acrobatics and tumbling sessions to refine techniques and elevate performance.
• Comprehensive Apparatus Training:
• In-depth training with ribbons, hoops, and balls, focusing on intricate routines and manipulation.
• Diverse Dance Training:
• Explore a variety of dance styles, incorporating elements into routines for a captivating and expressive performance.

Our experienced coaches will guide participants through each step of the learning process, providing personalized attention to ensure progress and mastery. Whether it's perfecting the art of handstands or mastering complex apparatus routines, our camp is designed to foster growth and skill development in a supportive and encouraging environment.

8-8:15 Arrival
8:15-8:30 Free play
8:30-8:50 Warm up games
8:50-9:20 Stretching
9:20-10:20 Tumbling (cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings,etc)
10:20-10:40 Ribbon dance
10:40-11:00 Snack
11:00-12:00 Apparatus workshop (balls, hoops)
12:00-1:00 Lunch break and table games
1:00-1:30 Conditioning
1:30-2:00 Acrobatics (handstands, rolls, etc)
2:00-2:30 Arts and crafts
2:30-3:00 Snack
3:00-3:30 Dance class
3:30-4:00 Rehearsal and free play
